Raising Cane’s is building at its first of five new locations in Albuquerque at 4800 Montgomery Blvd. NE, near the intersection with San Mateo NE. The location at the old Rock and Brews site is slated to open in December and already have signs they’re hiring at the construction site.
The restaurant opened in 1996 under founder Todd Graves, and now has more than 470 locations in 27 states nationwide. Its signature chicken fingers and crinkle-cut fries rivals Chick-fil-A chains and will be strategically located adjacent to most Chick-fil-A locations throughout the city.
Although Albuquerque doesn’t have an open site yet, there is one in Las Cruces. One other location is set to open in December at 2004 Wyoming NE near Indian School. The other three spots slated to open will be at Paseo Del Norte and San Pedro NE, another on Gibson and Yale SE and one in Rio Rancho, all set to be coming by fall and winter of 2023.
