As the construction of a raw water transmission pipeline continues, so do the road closures in the neighborhood.
This week, crews closed northbound Universe Blvd. from south of Ventana Road to McMahon Blvd. Universe is expected to be closed through Oct. 13.
Northbound Universe will be reduced to one lane from south of Ventana Road to south of Irving Blvd. Northbound Universe will be completely closed, with traffic shifted to the southbound (left) side of the road with one lane of traffic open in each direction (northbound and southbound) from south of Irving Blvd. to McMahon Blvd.
