Graduation week for Eldorado High School is next week, and seniors have a variety of activities leading up to the big event.
The mandatory Senior Exit survey is due Wednesday, May 4. All graduating seniors are required to fill out the survey, which can be found in the Counseling Google Classroom. All textbooks, library books, ChromeBooks, uniforms and other EHS property must be returned after finals are completed. Those needing textbooks or ChromeBooks for AP tests will be given an extension.
The Honors Assembly practice is set for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 11. The assembly begins at 9:45 a.m. Thursday, May 12, with seniors needing to report at 9:15 a.m. Both events are mandatory in order to be able to walk at graduation.
Additionally, seniors are invited to participate in elementary school grad walks at Georgia O’Keeffe, SY Jackson and Mitchell elementary schools May 11-12. Participating seniors will parade in their caps and gowns for the younger students. Times are 10:30 a.m. May 11 for SY Jackson, 11:15 a.m. May 12 at Georgia O’Keeffe, and 12:45 p.m. May 12 at Mitchell. Those wanting to participate can sign up via the Counseling Google Class of ’22 Classroom.
The week culminates with the EHS graduation ceremony at 2:30 p.m. Friday, May 13 at Tingley Coliseum. Seniors are to report at noon for the ceremony.
