Petroglyph Elementary School is offering three clubs for students to join before school in December and January.

Students can now sign up to join either the STEM Club, Lego Club for Grades 3-5 or Lego Club for Grades K-2.

Each club will meet at 8 a.m. on Dec. 1, 8, 15 and Jan. 5, 12, 19.

The STEM Club will focus on hands-on projects that involve building and designing with emphasis on science, technology, engineering and math. They will meet in room 21.

Both Lego Clubs will have students either working alone or in groups to build projects and participate in challenges and contests. Students will learn engineering and architectural design while they build.

The club for grades 3-5 will meet in portable 21, with the K-2 students meeting room to be determined.

Any questions can be sent to Tamara.Morgan@aps.edu.
