Three clubs are set to begin next week at Petroglyph Elementary School.

Students can sign up now to join STEM Club, Spelling Bee Prep or Drawing Club, which all begin on Sept. 29. Classes will also be held Oct. 13, 20, 27, Nov. 3 and 10.

STEM Club will teach students science, technology, engineering and math. The club will be a place for students to work together while focusing on the important parts of STEM. The club meets in Room 21 from 8-8:45 a.m.

Drawing Club will help all artists from beginner to expert work on their craft. There will be weekly themes and guided drawings. Meetings will be in Room 20 from 8-8:45 a.m.

The Petroglyph Spelling Bee is at the end of October, and the Spelling Bee Prep Club will help students get ready for the competition. The club will use the 2022 Scripps Spelling Bee List to help students practice and learn some of the “tricks” of words. The club will meet in Portable 5 at 8 a.m.

Students interested in joining any of the clubs can click here to sign up.
