There’s nothing quite like a real, fresh Christmas tree and if you’re still looking for one, here are the top three places to go in Albuquerque according to Yelp.

  1. Garcia Family Christmas Tree. This family-owned lot has operated in Los Ranchos since 1937. The lot is open Sunday-Wednesday from 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. and Thursday-Saturday from 8 a.m. – 10 p.m. The last day they’re open is Christmas Eve.
  2. Jericho Nursery. This nursery is known for its large selection, knowledgeable staff and funny signs on Alameda. The hours are Monday-Saturday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
  3. Just Sprinklers. Surprisingly, there is more offered here than just sprinklers as Christmas time is great for business. Hours are Monday-Sunday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
Christ Scott, store manager at Just Sprinklers, said the Duglas Firs are some of his best sellers. (Scott Albright/Neighborhood Journal)
