The following is a list of Easter Sunday services and egg hunts at churches and other locations in the far Northeast Heights. If you do not see a service listed here, visit the submit an event page to request the service be published on the Neighborhood Journal calendar.
• New Covenant Church at 7200 Holly Ave. NE will have an Easter service at 10 a.m. Sunday, April 17. For more information, visit nccabq.org.
• Heights First Church of the Nazarene, 8401 Paseo Del Norte NE, Easter service begins with a 7 a.m. virtual sunrise service followed by a 9 a.m. Easter breakfast and a 10 a.m. choir presentation. For more information, visit hfcn.org.
• Grace Church at 6901 San Antonio Drive NE will host a special communion service at 6 p.m. on Good Friday, April 15. An Easter bash is scheduled from 10 a.m. to noon April 16 and includes pancakes, bounce houses, egg hunts, candy and free gifts. Easter Sunday service is scheduled from 9-10:30 a.m. April 17. • Sandia Presbyterian Church, 10704 Paseo Del Norte NE, will have traditional Easter Sunday services from 8-9:30 a.m. and contemporary service at 11 a.m. April 17. • Risen Savior Catholic Community, 7701 Wyoming Blvd. NE, offers a 7 p.m. Holy Thursday service April 14, a Good Friday service at 3 p.m. April 15, Holy Saturday Easter Vigil at 8:30 p.m. April 16, and Easter Sunday services at 7 a.m., 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. April 17.
