According to AAA data, the June 29 average price of regular unleaded fuel in Albuquerque was $4.62 a gallon, 10 cents less than last week’s average. A year ago, the average was $3.12 a gallon. New Mexico’s average price of fuel for June 29 was $4.69, and the national average $4.86 a gallon. A June 27 tweet by LCHS Bears Football reads, “Due to the over night rain fall and current weather conditions, we will be postponing our annual Golf tournament. The tournament will be rescheduled. Albuquerque District 4 City Councilor Brook Bassan answered questions from constituents and explained the decision to reverse her support for safe outdoor spaces during a June 27 community meeting at the North Domingo Baca Multigenerational Center. Registration for the American Youth Soccer Organization Region 104 fall and spring seasons is open now until Aug. 1. The registration fee for the Core program is $125 for players ages 4-18.
