ABQ Rides is incorporating its hiring fair into a car and bike show.
From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, on-the-spot interviews for bus and Sun Van drivers will be held among a display of cars, trucks, motorcycles and more from transit employees and other local car enthusiasts at the Montaño Transit Center, 130 Montaño Road NW. City human resources staff will also be on hand, accepting applications for other jobs in transit positions. For a list of open positions, visit cabq.gov/transitjobs.
There is not entry fee for the event, which is geared for the whole family. There will also be food, drinks, music and raffles, and trophies will be awarded to car show winners.
