The Volcano Vista High School Booster Club has teamed up with Posa’s Tamale Factory and Restaurant in Santa Fe for a fundraiser.
The fundraiser runs from Oct. 17-28 and orders can be picked up at the school two to three weeks after being placed. The four varieties to chose from are:
- Red chile pork
- Green chile chicken
- Green chile cheese
- Green chile calabacitas (vegan)
Tamales come in fully-cooked, half-dozen, vacuum-packed pouches for $15.
