If your kids are looking for something to do this summer, the city is going to restart Teen Nights for kids ages 12-19 for a free, fun, safe event to enjoy.

Family and Community Services, Parks & Recreation and Cultural Services have come together to bring this youth connects initiative and have created themes for each event held every Friday for the month of July, which will be in locations all throughout the city.

The first will be a pool party at the Sunport Pool from 5:30-8:30 p.m. July 8. The event will features a DJ from Warehouse 508, pizza and snacks, as well as volleyball, games in the grass and a pool iceberg. Registration is required for all teen night events and will be available one week prior to the event.

Here is a preview of what, where and when upcoming events will happen.

July 15: 6-9 p.m., crafts and movie night at Balloon Museum

July 22: 6-9 p.m., karaoke and sports night at Herman Sanchez Community Center

July 29: 6-9 p.m., game night at Alamosa Community Center
