“We Speak for the Trees,” a storytelling and singing event, is scheduled for Saturday at the Open Space Visitor Center.
The free event will run from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Arbor Day, which literally translates to Tree Day.
Renowned storytellers Bob Kanegis and Regina Ress will provide an hour of storytelling and singing to celebrate trees.
