Students, families and other spectators came out to Sombra Del Monte Elementary School as two balloons tethered as part of the Albuquerque Aloft event Friday morning.
Knight Rider, in its many colors, is piloted by Steven Stokoe of Lutz, Florida, and the patriotic-themed Spirit is piloted by Tom Russo of Monroe Township, New Jersey.
