New Mexico Rush Soccer is bringing back its Starters youth soccer program.
Starters is a Sunday-only program for children ages 4-11 who are interested in playing semi-competitive soccer or want to learn the game. Players in the Starters program can graduate to play in more competitive environments and get more extensive training.
Practices are held at 11 parks throughout the city, including Ventana Ranch West Park located at 10327 Avenida Vista Cerros NW. Games are played at three parks.
Rush Soccer is the largest youth soccer club in the world, with partner clubs in 35 states. New Mexico Rush has players from the youngest ages in developmental to the top tier in the United States Soccer Federation.
Registration is open now and it costs $195 for the Spring 2022 season. Registration includes four practice sessions and eight games. Also included in registration are two game jerseys (gray and blue), shorts and socks.
The season begins on March 6.
