Some students at Tony Hillerman Middle School will spend their spring break in New York City and Washington, D.C.
The school announced Wednesday that an informational meeting for parents about the trip has been scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Sept. 7 in Room 220. Parents can get any questions answered and learn the details of the trip.
Spring break is March 20-24, 2023. Students who go on the trip will visit the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, Rockefeller Center, the National 9/11 Memorial, Capitol Hill, the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial, the Jefferson Memorial and Smithsonian Museums.
