The average price for a gallon of gasoline in Albuquerque rose slightly this week, going from $3.57 last week to $3.59 on Wednesday.

It was much better news in the neighborhood as the prices at most stations in northwest Albuquerque were below the citywide average.

The Smith’s on Golf Course was right at the average at $3.59, and three Chevron locations were above average. The Chevron on Paradise was at $3.79, and the location on Alameda and the one on Coors were both at $3.99.

Every other station was below $3.59.

The Speedway on Alameda, the Murphy Express on 528, Costco and Sam’s Club were each at $3.32.

The Circle K on Unser was at $3.35, the Valero on Paradise was at $3.45 and the Smith’s on McMahon was at $3.49. The Speedway on Golf Course and the location on Paradise were both at $3.45.
