The pain at the pump continues throughout Albuquerque this week as the average price for a gallon of gas remained at $4.27, the same as last week.

It was the same bad news for motorists in northwest Albuquerque, with most stations in the neighborhood having prices at or around the average price for the city.

Even Costco and Sam’s Club shoppers weren’t immune to the pricy gas. According to GasBuddy, both Costco and Sam’s Club, which require memberships, jumped from $3.87 last week to $4.09 per gallon on Wednesday.

Chevron again had the highest prices in the neighborhood. The Paradise location was at $4.39, and the location on Coors was at $4.49.

The Smith’s on Golf Course, the Speedway on Paradise and the Smith’s on McMahon were all at $4.29 per gallon.

The Speed way on Golf Course was at $4.26, while the Circle K on Unser was $4.24.
