There was some bad news at the pumps this week as the average price for a gallon of gasoline in Albuquerque jumped to $3.64, up 24 cents from last week.

That bad news carried over to northwest Albuquerque with most gas stations in the neighborhood having prices above the citywide average.

The Chevron on Coors had the highest price at $3.99.

The Speedway locations on Golf Course and Alameda were both at $3.79.

The Smith’s on Golf Course was at $3.79, but the Smith’s on McMahon was at $3.31. Sam’s Club was at $3.18 as was the Murphy Express on Alameda. Costco was at $3.21. The Valero on Paradise was also below the citywide average at $3.36.

The Chevron on Paradise was at $3.65.
