Gas prices went down again this week in Albuquerque. The average price for a gallon of gasoline dropped from $3.50 last week to $3.43 citywide as of Wednesday.

That was great news for motorists in northwest Albuquerque as nearly every station in the neighborhood was below the city average.

The Chevron on Paradise was at $3.65 with the Chevron locations on Coors and the one on Alameda both at $3.99.

Chevron was the outlier. The Murphy Express on Alameda, Costco and Sam’s Club were all at $3.18.

Phillips 66 on Alameda and the Speedway on Alameda were both at $3.29.

The Speedway on Golf Course ($3.36) and the location on Paradise ($3.39) were below the city average, as were the Smith’s on McMahon ($3.31), the Valero on Paradise ($3.36) and the Smith’s on Golf Course ($3.39).
