Average cost per gallon dropped from $4.43 to $4.22, and $4.60 the week before.

• Murphy Express at 9700 Montgomery NE is $4.02 per gallon.
• Phillips 66 at 9811 Montgomery is at $4.04 per gallon.
• Speedway at 8401 Montgomery NE is at $4.08 per gallon.
