A new Crumbl Cookies location is slated to open at 8100 Wyoming Blvd. NE inside La Cueva Town Center.

An opening date has yet to be released, but a quick peek at the space next to Now We’re Cooking and across from Tula’s Kitchen reveals a giant Crumbl Cookies “Coming Soon” sign.

A Nov. 7 email from a Crumbl Cookies media contact only said, “Thanks for reaching out! This store is still in the early stages.”

According to a Crumbl Cookies store site map, the bakery already has two locations in New Mexico – one in Farmington and the other at Cottonwood Mall in Albuquerque. The bakery’s website says, “Since opening its doors three years ago, Crumbl has expanded to over 600+ bakeries in 47 states nationwide, making it the fastest growing cookie company in the nation.”

Vetted Biz reports in a Nov. 23 article that Crumbl Enterprises earned $46.6 million in revenue from 327 locations across the U.S. For the 2021 calendar year, the total median revenue for 140 Crumbl Cookies franchise locations was $1,687,731 with a gross profit margin of $707,912.53 and a net profit of $279,212.

Crumbl Cookies features a weekly rotating menu with four to five new flavors being added, and four new ones changed out, each week. The milk chocolate chip cookie and chilled pink sugar cookie are permanent items on the menu. This week’s flavors include a pumpkin pie, cranberry white chip, maple cinnamon roll, chocolate sprinkle and mystery cookie.

An UberEats order menu from the Crumbl Cookies at Cottonwood Mall list the price of one cookie at $3.98, a four pack at $17.49, a six pack at $26.97 and a party box at $45.87. Crumbl’s website has the option to order by delivery, curbside pickup, catering pickup, gifts, shipping or a taste weekly subscription selection.
