The Atrisco Heritage Academy boys varsity soccer team won Thursday’s home nonconference game against the Eldorado boys varsity soccer team by a score of 2-1. EHS boys’ soccer team ranking in 2021 was 13th in Albuquerque and 14th in New Mexico.
The Eldorado girls varsity soccer team won Thursday’s home nonconference game against Atrisco Heritage Academy by a score of 8-0. Katlynn McKim was named Player of the Game by Maxpreps for her performance on Aug. 18. Team Captain Ava Forrester and Goalkeeper Caitlin Sanchez were both ranked as top performers for New Mexico this week with two goals for Forrester and 12 saves for Sanchez. The girls varsity team was ranked 12th in Albuquerque 13th in New Mexico in 2021.
