The lot on Universe in between Paradise and Paseo del Norte is no longer bare.
Construction is under way on a new Dutch Bros. location, and dirt has been moved in the spot that will eventually be home to Dion’s.
The framing of the building, located at 9600 Universe Blvd. NW, has been erected for Dutch Bros.
Both locations are expected to be opened before the end of 2022.
