Every four years, the city of Albuquerque hosts a goals forum to take input from the community about strategic goals and desired community conditions. This year, the city invites the public to the following opportunities to make their voices heard. Community input collected at these forums will be presented to the mayor and city council — and will be made available to the public — to help shape Albuquerque’s future.
Participants in the goals forum play a vital role by describing the future Albuquerque they’d like to see. This approach provides elected officials and community leaders with a path to follow as they work to create Albuquerque’s future. People can see the city’s current vision, goals and desired community conditions, and the progress made toward achieving them, at www.cabq.gov/ipc.
The goals forum is hosted by the Indicators Progress Commission (IPC), 12 volunteer residents appointed by the mayor with the advice and consent of the city council.

6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 4 on Zoom at bit.ly/3TfwO89. Spanish language interpretation will be available.
