At 5210 Eubank Blvd. NE, where the old Godfather’s Pizza shuttered during the pandemic, Bosque Brewing Co. breathes new life into this stand-alone building in the Promenade shopping center.
The Bosque Brewing Company opened its doors in October 2012 and has since opened six locations in New Mexico. The location on US-550 in Bernalillo is the largest yet. At 15,000 square feet, tourists come for the picturesque views on the brewery’s two-story patios.
The newest location for Bosque on Eubank is a cozier space, but construction efforts look to include a newly built covered rooftop patio resembling a greenhouse with an open design.
Marketing Manager Natasha Souther said that the company instead relies on word of mouth around the area to hype its new location.
“With the visibility of the location, the brewery prefers to let local residents who drive by every day get first access; we’ve found we still end up super busy during this time,” Souther explained.
Although Bosque Brewing was hush on the projected opening date of the Eubank location, Souther did say that they plan to open sometime this spring.
